Tenho **1 hectare de terreno em Vale Furado, perto da Nazaré**, com excelente enquadramento natural para um projeto intimista de retiro e alojamento sustentável durante todo o ano.

A ideia é avançar de forma faseada com um **pequeno retiro off-grid**, começando por:
instalação de um **sistema de água autónomo**
construção de **2 a 3 pequenas estruturas de alojamento**
conceito de retiro, surf, natureza e bem-estar
