George Washington 2 cents stamp According to the variety of postage stamps that exist relative to the historical figure, I cannot say precisely what date this stamp was printed on. It can be from 1915 (11 x 11 perforation) or 1917 (pink, 11 x 11), or by approximation by postage stamp measurements, 19 1/2 - 20 x 22 mm, with 11 x 11 perforation, is the impression of 1921. Colour: Carmine Rose No watermark (?) Nominal value: 2 cents Two curious notes: the curved line of the number 2 on the left side is thinner than the number 2 on the right side (marked in the following photo); the vertical perforation of the postage stamp appears to be 10 3/4 more than 11. Another interesting feature, maybe relevant: the profile of the figure, small mouth and the chin (slightly deformed chin chat, to compare with other's stamps of the same kind). For sale
