German Speaking Customer Service Lisbon

Our client, located in Lisbon, is currently searching for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent.

The company provides relocation, accommodation, and health insurance. Additionally, Portuguese classes are provided.

Responsibilities:

Establish efficient, courteous, and personalized contact with customers by phone, in German.

Be autonomous, and do not hesitate to improve your learning to ensure you have enough knowledge and mastery of software to excel in the role.

Multitasking and adapting to a very dynamic environment.

We are continuously looking for ways to provide an effective solution for Customers needs while improving the teams and your own performance.

Respect established processes, and service level agreements with clients in terms of quality by achieving and excelling individual and team goals.

Establish and maintain effective collaboration with clients partners.

Be able to maintain a constructive state of mind even in difficult situations.

Requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Customer Service Minded, Customer Satisfaction is paramount.

Genuine interest and passion for IT, Internet tools, telecom, and the field of tourism.
